Circular Counterflow FRP Cooling Tower
1. The circular counter-flow FRP cooling tower consists of three series: DBNL3, CDBNL3, GBNL3
(1) DBNL3 series low-noise glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower - suitable for cooling occasions where the water temperature is generally lowered by 3-8 degrees.
(2) CDBNL3 series ultra-low noise glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower - suitable for occasions with strict requirements on noise.
(3) GBNL3 series medium and high temperature industrial glass fiber reinforced plastic cooling tower - suitable for industrial water circulation cooling system with a water temperature drop of 10-25 degrees. 

2. When selecting, it is necessary to know the water quantity Q, the inlet water temperature t1, the outlet water temperature t2 and the design wet bulb temperature τ, and then determine the model according to the thermal performance curve. The thermal performance curve is shown in Table 1 and Table 2. For the working conditions other than the curve table, thermal calculation can be carried out, and the volumetric dispersion coefficient β×ν of the filler is as follows:
1.2 times the nominal flow rate: β×ν=18600 1.0 times the nominal flow rate: β×ν=17800 0.8 times the nominal flow rate: β×ν=17000

3. The running weight is calculated according to the half depth of the tower body, if it is calculated according to the full water, it should be multiplied by 1.5

4. This series of cooling towers are used in areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is not lower than -10°C. Users in places where the temperature is too low should put forward requirements for preventing freezing, so as to configure a water-spraying guide ring to prevent water from flowing onto the louvers. During intermittent operation in winter, electric heating pipes can be added to the water tank. This series of cooling towers are used in areas where the average temperature in the coldest month is not lower than -10°C. Users in places where the temperature is too low should put forward requirements for preventing freezing, so as to configure a water-spraying guide ring to prevent water from flowing onto the louvers. During intermittent operation in winter, electric heating pipes can be added to the water tank.

5. The turbidity of circulating water is not more than 50 mg/L, and it is not more than 100 mg/L in the short term.

6. The applicable water temperature does not exceed 60 ℃. If it exceeds, it can be stated when ordering, and the factory will solve it from the selection of materials. If you need flame retardant cooling tower, please specify when ordering, our factory can meet the requirements.

7. The water distribution pipe is opened according to the nominal flow. If the difference between the actual flow and the nominal flow is more than ±15%, the user should specify it when ordering.

8. The water pressure of the water inlet pipe is about 2-5 meters of water column, and the pressure should not be too high during the design, otherwise the phenomenon of floating water will occur.

9. Motors and fans are supplied as a complete set, and the factory needs to send personnel for on-site installation or technical guidance, and additional fees will be charged.

10. When users need to directly absorb water under the cooling tower, they need to install "automatic water supply pipe", "quick water supply pipe", "sewage pipe" and "overflow pipe", which should be specially proposed when ordering.
