FRP pipes
FRP pipe is a lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic pipe. It is a glass fiber with resin matrix weight that is wound on a rotating mandrel layer by layer according to the process requirements, and quartz sand is evenly spread between the fibers as a sand layer. Its pipe wall structure is reasonable and advanced, which can give full play to the role of materials. Under the premise of meeting the strength of use, it improves the rigidity and ensures the stability and reliability of the product. Lightweight and high strength, no scaling, strong shock resistance, long service life compared with ordinary steel pipes, low comprehensive cost, fast installation, safety and reliability, etc., are accepted by the majority of users.
Structural features

2. Do not use cathodic anticorrosion protection and other anticorrosion measures, which will not cause secondary pollution to water and other media. The product has a long service life.
3. The weight of the pipe only accounts for 1/4 of the ductile iron pipe of the same specification and length, and 1/10 of the cement pipe. Easy to transport and unload, easy to install. Reduce pipeline joints, speed up installation, and improve the quality of the entire pipeline. Reduce flow resistance, increase flow rate, and reduce energy consumption. Compared with steel pipes of the same specification, the fluid with the same flow rate can be increased by about 10% by using a smaller diameter pipeline; no scaling, and long-term use will not reduce the flow rate. The protection of cables in disturbance and heavy corrosion environments has a good effect.
Pipe Properties
(1) Corrosion resistance: It is a chemically inert material with excellent corrosion resistance, and different corrosion-resistant pipes can be selected according to the conveying medium.
(2) High mechanical strength: water pressure resistance, external pressure resistance and impact resistance are all good, and pipes and fittings can be designed and manufactured according to the required pressure.
(3) Strong temperature adaptability: the operating temperature range: greater than -70 degrees Celsius and less than 250 degrees Celsius, and the pipeline will not crack under freezing medium.
(4) Small fluid resistance: the inner wall of the pipe is smooth, and the roughness coefficient is 0.0084. Under the same flow rate, the pipe diameter can be reduced.
(5) Light weight and long service life: light weight, convenient transportation, low construction cost, no maintenance, and a service life of more than 50 years.
(6) Maintain water quality: non-toxic, conveying drinking water, can maintain long-term water quality sanitation.
