1. On-demand customization
Each prefabricated pumping station is designed according to the data provided by the customer to ensure that the operating conditions of the pumping station meet the requirements of use.
2. New material
The cylinder structure of the prefabricated pump station is made of fiber-wound glass fiber reinforced plastic to ensure uniform thickness and meet the design requirements, and the quality is stable and excellent.
3. Standard accessories
All accessories are prefabricated in the factory, including pressure pipelines, maintenance platforms, water inlet and outlet pipes, etc., and are tested before leaving the factory to ensure the quality of the accessories is reliable.
4. Highly integrated
As an integrated equipment, the prefabricated pump station is provided as a complete set: pump station cylinder, pressure pipeline, maintenance platform, maintenance ladder, grille device, coupling system, ventilation device, anti-skid manhole cover, etc.
